Do you manage the builders?
We work with your contractor and visit the site every week. If you have none, we can introduce three we trust in Lisbon and Porto.
Can you design for a space we have not signed yet?
Yes. A two-week test fit shows whether the layout works before you sign the lease.
Do you work outside Portugal?
Yes, across Europe. We plan four site visits and handle the rest on video calls.
Who owns the drawings?
You do. Technical drawings, files and specifications are yours after the last payment.
