Pulse Clinic
( case study )
A private clinic group in Warsaw wanted patients to feel calm from the door to the doctor. We designed the reception, the signs and the paperwork as one system.

( task )
Patients at Pulse got lost between floors and waited at the wrong desks. The reception looked like a bank counter, and the clinic's own staff called the signs a maze.

( solution )
One curved orange desk now faces the door, and round signs with plain arrows lead to every room. Letters, cards and forms use the same circle, so the visit feels like one place.
