Questions
What counts as one request?
One piece of work with a clear result: a landing page, a pack design, a set of social templates. Bigger projects are split into steps and done one after another.
How fast is the first draft?
Two working days for most requests on Start, one day on Growth and Partner. Larger pieces get a date when you send them.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes, at the start of any month. Moving up takes effect the same day, moving down from the next month.
Is a full rebrand part of the plan?
No. A rebrand needs research and a fixed team for twelve weeks, so we quote it as a branding project. Your plan can run alongside it.
