Mintline Bank

( case study )

A digital bank in Tallinn had loyal customers and an app they opened only to pay the rent. We rebuilt it around the one number people check every day.

( task )

Mintline had 60,000 customers and an app rated 3.1 stars. Most reviews said the same thing: the balance was hard to find and every screen looked like a form.

( solution )

We put the balance and the next payment on the first screen and moved the rest one tap away. The orange card and the app share one shape, so the brand sits in your hand twice.
